A 6-year-old St. Louis boy, affectionately referred to as “Lil J,” took to Facebook to plead for gun violence to end in a video that quickly went viral. For a solid four minutes, Lil J begged for peace and outlined how gun violence plagues his community. He articulately explained why kids should be focused on their education, and said adults should be “happy” and not “stressful” because people are getting shot.
After seeing the heartfelt video, Pusha T not only penned a letter to the child addressing his concerns, but also decided to set up a college fund in Lil J’s name. See Pusha T's Instagram post below.
